Heather Elkington

Heather began her career as an Assistant Manager on the Harrods shop floor, where she saw first-hand how leadership behaviours shape team culture.

She later helped scale the SaaS company GoProposal to multi-million-pound revenue and an eight-figure exit, before joining Sage (FTSE100) as Director of Operations, leading five high-performing teams.

After years of working with organisations struggling to understand what was really happening inside their teams, Heather has now founded Custard, a culture measurement platform designed to help leaders spot issues early, strengthen managers, and build high-performing cultures.

Her clients have included organisations such as Sony Music Publishing, Ministry of Defence, American Express, Citi Bank and so many more.

Heather is also a TEDx speaker and Penguin-published author of Your Boss Era.
